Letter of notification by email

In special cases, where it has been agreed in advance, a letter of notification can be sent as an email attachment. In such cases, the whole purchase process often takes place online, and the person who is taking out a subscription identifies him/herself on registration. If you receive an email about a letter of notification where the attachment is missing, the attachment has been blocked by a firewall on your computer or your email hosting service. Unfortunately, we are unable to resend such emails, but you can request a transcript of the data registered about you and we will send you a letter by post.
