WSDL files
You can access the services WSDL file by following one of the links below. You will need a Web Service development tool to transform the WSDL specification into a set of client classes for your chosen implementation language.
Version 3 (Style: Document/Literal/Wrapped) (If you have problems making this one work, use version 2):
