How do I block access to information?
If you wish to block your national ID number from credit checks, you must send us a copy of valid identification (passport/driving licence) plus your signature. Once the block is activated, our customers will be unable to check your credit rating. When we have received documentation from you, you will receive a code that you must use if you wish to unblock access to such information.

If you lose the code, you must repeat the whole procedure. However, you must state on the copy that you wish to receive a new code.
For safety reasons, we can only send you the code by post, not by email or fax.
